As consultants we are usually approached when some kind of problematic

situation is focussing attention in a large complex system. We have to be great

listeners, remain curious and thoughtful despite our own biases and prejudices

and hold the right conversations on topics that are sometimes uncomfortable

- or have been hidden in the corporate cupboards.
