Lesley is an Executive Coach who also has a passion for Team Coaching.

​

Lesley has had a 16-year career with Mars Inc, spanning a variety of Commercial and HR roles, and ended her career there as Coaching and Team Performance Director. During her time at Mars Lesley took a sabbatical to participate in the Clipper Round The World Yacht Race, where she spent a year as a racing crew member crossing the worlds largest oceans.

She has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge and holds a number of other qualifications in the field of coaching, learning and development. Her work has taken her across the globe, most recently to supporting a Mars Inc EMEA team who had come together through the merger of Mars and Wrigley, Lesley worked with them creating a team culture to support their success in a VUCA environment.

Lesley has a strong belief in how beneficial nature can be for our body and soul. Her action research dissertation was based in exploring how nature can support us in unlocking our potential. When not working, you can find Lesley with her family taking long walks on empty beaches or when it is snowing she will be skiing, sledging, building snowmen and having snowball fights.
