Figure Ground Consulting

Fi is an executive coach specialising in leadership transitions. Together with the stretch of moving into a new role, she believes that it is a unique opportunity for leaders to develop and excel.

From an early career in marketing, Fi founded and led two consultancy businesses including a specialist recruitment practice. Together with her own life experience, this provoked her interest in how we work with change to become more of who we are.

​

Drawing on transition research including Leadership Transitions, Fi guides clients through the move and challenges them to use it as a leadership springboard.

​

Fi partners clients, both rising stars and more experienced leaders, from Zurich UK, professional services practices, advertising agencies and entrepreneur-led organisations. She is an Ashridge Accredited Coach, member of EMCC, trained to Master Practitioner level and completing an MSc in Executive Coaching.

She lives with her family in Gloucestershire but escapes for open-water swimming and mountain walking when she can.
